Tickets

• Adult tickets are for guests aged 12 and over. Kids tickets are for children aged 5 to 12.
• Your ticket price includes entry, karaoke and DJ music, evening snacks and a buffet dinner.
• After payment you will receive one email containing your booking details and a QR code. Please show the QR code (on your phone or printed) when you arrive.

Changes and refunds

• You can change the number of Adult and Kids tickets on the checkout page until payment is complete.
• Once payment is complete, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, in which case you will be refunded in full.
• If you need to change a completed booking, please contact the organisers.

Allergies and dietary requirements

The allergy box at checkout is only a way of collecting information. If you or your children have any allergy or dietary requirements, please contact the organisers directly before the event.

On the day

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• The organisers and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave in the case of unacceptable behaviour.
• Event details may change if circumstances outside the organisers’ control require it. Any changes will be communicated by email.
