Who we are

This website sells tickets for the Teesside Christmas Get Together, organised by Tees Sri Lankans. Our website address is https://ne-api.com.

What we collect and why

When you book tickets we collect your name, billing address, email address, phone number, the number of tickets you buy and any allergy information you choose to give us. We use this only to process your booking, email your tickets and QR code, run the event safely and contact you about the event if needed.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Who sees your data

Your booking details are visible to the event organisers. When your QR code is scanned at the event, the staff member sees your name and the number of adults and kids on your booking. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, other than our payment and email delivery providers who process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the event and meet our accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting the organisers.
